How It Works

Everything You Need to Know About Having An Xtreme Birthday Party at the PLEX!

How It Works:

Booking: Contact Kristine "Co-Owner/Party Coordinator" to book your desired date and bounce houses. We'll guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. A $50 deposit will hold your booking date with us.
Setup: Our team will arrive on the day of the party to set up the bounce houses, ensuring it's secure and ready for action. We will set up tables for your party as well. You may arrive 30 minutes before your party time to decorate and set up.
Enjoy the Party: Let the kids bounce, jump, and play while you relax and take in the joyous atmosphere. Our staff is always available to assist if needed. Kids will play in the bounce houses and will have the turf at their disposal to play soccer dodgeball, kickball, etc...
Takedown: After the party ends we will take down the bounce houses and put them away. All we ask is that you take out what you brought in, put the garbage in the dumpster, wipe down tables, and sweep. Clean-up takes about 30 minutes.
Time: Parties are 2 hours long and we schedule each party with a 30 minute set up and 30 minute clean up slot. Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays. Times can be coordinated and booked with Kristine
A Birthday party at the Plex is $240 which includes the entire turf rental and bounce house fees.
